Arkisys Embark Program AMA

This virtual event will cover a new initiative Arkisys has launched with an aim to accelerate early stage lab-to-orbit opportunities. The program will be initially focused on SBIR and STTR Phase I entrants.

Arkisys will offer a unique opportunity for any company that submits an SBIR/STTR Phase I to utilize the Port under our new "Embark" program - one of the world's most affordable access to space platforms. The Embark US Program is our first initiative to accelerate companies and academic investments from the US government through the successful SBIR/STTR process, to enable prototype and new technology demonstrations on orbit at the end of Phase II! By including a Port flight evaluation through Arkisys at a cost of $5,000 USD in a Phase I proposal, if a company gets a Phase II and can deliver any size of prototype within the Phase II time frame, Arkisys will fly the payload to the Port at a fraction of the cost of our normal hosting services, for $150,000 USD. This is our way to acknowledge the investment out of the nation's tax-payer investments into new Space technology, and accelerate the learning and innovation celebrated in the US!

Our Embark US program is the first opportunity we intend to rollout around the world. The intent is to not just accelerate innovation within the US, but globally, through collaboration with international partners.
